Appointment reminders
You will receive a text message and/or email 48 hours to confirm appointment and 24 hours before your appointment begins.
Cancellation
If you request a cancellation 24 hours after booking with me, you will receive a refund. However if you request a cancellation after 24 hours of booking with me, you will not receive a refund.
Payment Protocol
In order to book me as your event planner, you need to first make the consultation appointment ($5). After the consultation, we will make the appointment to talk about the event needed to be planned. I will accept cash, check, or I can send a payment request through ‘Square’. I also have a card-reader.
